{"id":1010,"date":"2011-05-18T16:43:22","date_gmt":"2011-05-18T20:43:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.peoplevstate.com\/?p=1010"},"modified":"2011-11-13T20:54:57","modified_gmt":"2011-11-14T00:54:57","slug":"sickness-unto-death","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.peoplevstate.com\/?p=1010","title":{"rendered":"Sickness unto Death"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hard on the heels of its <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nwitimes.com\/news\/local\/govt-and-politics\/article_8d416141-5026-51b7-898e-6cd827d878ee.html\">holding<\/a> that the right to reasonably resist an unlawful police entry into a home is no longer recognized under Indiana law, the Indiana Supreme Court has issued <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ai.org\/judiciary\/opinions\/pdf\/05181101rdr.pdf\">another opinion<\/a> today, reversing the Indiana Court of Appeals&#8217; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.in.gov\/judiciary\/opinions\/pdf\/03311013jsk.pdf\">reversal<\/a> of an innocent man&#8217;s conviction and 45 year sentence.<\/p>\n<p>There&#8217;s not much I can say. Words, including the words of which the law is made, are worthless.
