If a criminal case can be a thing of beauty, this one is. The good professor is charged with <a href=\"http:\/\/tyrannyfighters.com\/julian-heicklens-indictment-by-a-grand-jury-for-jury-tampering\/\">jury tampering<\/a> for &#8220;distribut[ing] pamphlets urging jury nullification, immediately in front of an entrance to the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.&#8221; <a href=\"http:\/\/files.meetup.com\/797132\/BR_2008_QandA_primer.pdf\">Here<\/a> is one of the pamphlets Heicklen <a href=\"http:\/\/blogofbile.com\/2010\/06\/28\/julian-heicklen-fija-demonstrations-of-june-21%E2%80%9325-2010\/\">is in the habit<\/a> of distributing, entitled &#8220;A Primer for Prospective Jurors&#8221; and produced by the <a href=\"http:\/\/fija.org\/\">Fully Informed Jury Association (FIJA)<\/a>.
