Darrow is not as high on my list of all-time favorite people as he is on that of other criminal defense attorneys, but I thought they might not have seen these essays by him and find them of interest:

The major premise of this blog is that an unjust "law" is no law at all. But be advised that if the people who make up the State catch you breaking an unjust "law" they probably won't see it this way.

Is it coincidence that the single tax on land would be the most evolutionary tactic a society could utilize? Otherwise, we might have to assume Darrow, himself, was somewhat evolved.
